Our 2-night stay had comfy beds and superb air conditioning. However, the bathroom electric outlet was faulty, leading to a frustrating experience. Breakfast offered consistent options. I suggest requesting a room inspection at check-in for better assurance of amenities.

Had a great time with friends! We visited the Alamo and caught a show at the Majestic Theater. The location made it super convenient. The pool was nice, and our room was cozy enough for relaxing after our outings. Just keep in mind, if you're looking for fancy amenities, this is more of a basic stay.

The only downside was the inconsistent service when we needed extra towels. It felt like the guy at the front desk doubted our request, which was awkward.

The overall condition of the hotel was alarming. We encountered a bathroom that desperately needed maintenance. the toilet paper was left on a sheet of paper, and the air conditioning unit made loud squeaks throughout the night. To top it off, we found bugs in the room, and the sheets didn’t appear freshly cleaned. Definitely a place that could use a serious overhaul.

This place suits me perfectly! I love the free Wi-Fi, fitness center, and the friendly 24-hour reception. The staff even helped me print my boarding pass during my first stay. Highly recommend for a hassle-free stay!

Wow, this place really needs some serious cleaning! The room reeked of smoke, and there were burns everywhere. The bathroom looked gross, with moldy vents and a damaged door. The only good part was the breakfast, it was decent. Too bad the rest of the stay was a letdown. Yikes!
